I highly recommend Advanced Garage Door of Federal Way. I contacted them when our garage doors started making a loud crashing noise upon opening and closing. They were able to send Mike for a same-day consultation. He was very clear on the options and was able to make recommendations without seeming at all pushy. Alfredo came back 5 days later and installed our new doors and motors. He was polite and professional and left everything in perfect working order. It was an easy and positive experience.

Amazing service! I submitted an inquiry online and within 10 minutes had been contacted and scheduled a next day appointment. Day of, the installer was prompt and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a broken spring), and efficiently repaired the issue. He did other minor adjustments for free to ensure the entire system was properly working. Highly recommend!

The left spring broke on my Garage door. I needed a repair done quickly. I contacted this service and Ben responded the same day and within an hour had both door springs replaced. The door now works smoothly and with less noise. Kudos to Ben and Advanced Garage Door for their prompt and excellent service.
