It is no longer Advantage Ford. It is now Envision Motors. Although they are still working to get everything up to speed with the new owners, my time there in service meets with my approval. Also since there hasn't been a Ford dealership in Pasadena for at least 10 years so Envision is now the only place I can go to get service.

This is a busy service center and I've found the service advisors to be both competent and professional. I worked with Polo, who communicates in a straight forward, easy to understand manner... My repair went smoothly and I received my Expedition when promised. Thanks you, great job!
