Last Thursday I had a MRI on my brain. I already had completed the signup procedure so I had very little waiting. The MRI personnel were wonderful and everything went very smoothly. I felt a little dizzy after the procedure was completed. So I had a snack in the hospital cafeteria before driving home.
Shortly after I got home, I was on the computer. To my surprise, the results of the MRI were posted.!! The MRI team and radiology team really “have their act together.”
Thank you!

I was pleasantly greeted immediately as I entered admitting. Within 5 minutes my insurance information was updated and I was on my way to imaging. Again I was pleasantly greeted when I delivered the required paperwork to the imaging receptionist. I waited less than 5 minutes before being called by the technician for my X-rays. The technician was very cordial and professional. I was out of the imaging department within 5 minutes of being called for the X-ray. Excellent experience.

Admitting clerk not all at friendly. Told me she couldn't just change my primary insurance. She made a call to someone, then changed it to my primary insurance. CT tech was rude, didn't explain things. I couldn't hear her cuz I'm hearing impaired so then she just quit talking to me. Crappy experience all around
