If you have a baby and need to shop with a stroller do not go here. They ask for you to take the stroller outside even with an infant. These managers are unprofessional and have poor customer service. Shop at any other Aeropostale in the San Fernando Valley, went To the one in Northridge and they have amazing customer service. Also, made a complaint and nothing was done. Don’t waste your money there. I was told by one of the managers to Ask my older daughter, mind you shes 10 to watch my infant!!!

There’s a manager at this store who’s so rude to customers and honestly looks miserable. He’s a fat man with a beard so try to avoid him at the store, besides that the other associates are nice and apologize for him.

The worse store with very rude people . The guy so rude bad costumer service .horrible service very rude people
The customer service is so bad specially a guy with long beard he's so rude he make me cry the way he talked to me because I asked him if I could mix the shirt buy 1 get 2 free. How can I tk to a real manager ? But still I bought some pans and shirt only because my son like the merchandise
