My son had locked his keys in his car while at work. He would be off his shift in 45 minutes but wouldn't be able to call anyone until his shift ended. So, my son sent me a text, and I called Affordable Lock Express. I left a voice mail, and someone called me back within 5 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He said he couldn't get to my son's workplace for a while but gave me the cell number of someone who could. So I called that number, and the guy said he could be there within the hour. He was there within 3 minutes of my son getting off his shift. Perfect timing. He unlocked the car SUPER QUICK. He was PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. I was surprised by how LOW COST this was. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Highly recommended 😊😊
Affordable??? That's a joke. Over $100 for around 30 seconds of "work". You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. And the people need to look into locksmithing, it is way easier than most would think. There really is no need for a business like this. I'll never call them again.
No I didn't go with you guys since the price quoted on the phone was outrageous and I don't appreciate you trying to twist a bad review into a good one. I went with another company and saved quite a bit. The reference to 30 seconds of work applies to all locksmithing as it is one of the simplest trades out there
