Good service, went there first thing in the morning and got a copy for my keys. As it turned out, thekey was too thick to unlock my door. When I went there back in the next day, just explained the situation to them and they made me a new copy for no extra charge. A little annoying that the key didn't work at first, but they made up for it with quick and good service.
These guys are awesome! I needed copies made of my motorcycle’s unique ignition and fork lock keys. Had two shops that claimed to do motorcycle keys turn me away without even looking at the keys. I finally reached out to Broadway based on a recommendation.
Eric was super cool on the phone and asked me to email a picture of the keys and blanks. From a single photo he confirmed they could do it but was able to tell that I had the wrong ignition key blanks. The difference was super subtle to my untrained eye. Saved me a trip down to cut keys that wouldn’t work.
Once I had the right blanks I went down in person and in less than 10 minutes I had two new sets that worked perfectly. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!
