Terrible organization. Instead of caring for the patients, just extorting money... Asked to pay money for filling documents for child's school.

I’ve never had such a horrible/insensitive experience at a medical office. I contacted the office to inform I would be about 10 minutes late. I was told “Not a problem, take your time. Drive safe.” I arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes past time and the parking is a nightmare. I park further away and walk both children (one whom is younger and in a car seat). I arrive 15 minutes past the scheduled time (5 minutes after the approximated time) and am turned away! I tell them that we will be out of town for months and that we are leaving in the morning and that had I known it would have been an issue, I would have paid for my younger daughter to stay at her daycare. They would not allow my daughter to be seen. Needless to say, they have lost both my children as patients.
