I've been here a few times for the notary service. The ladies here are very friendly and always meet our needs. The whole process is pretty quick and they follow covid procedures.

Sadly customer service has gone down hill. Since Chuck died and the two gals that ran it with him have left the service has gone down hill. You are greeted but that is it. I am a regular there and ship things often! Yesterday I was handed a pen and told to write the address on the package! I have never had to do that and my contacts are all in their computer. Simply needed to ask me my name and who I was shipping to, print the label for the package, I pay and leave happy. If I wanted crappy service I'd go get verbally abused at the post office for having my cell phone ring while in their presence!

I had a great experience coming in to this mail center to ship a package. I had my own label from Amazon so there was no money in it for them but they treat me like I was spending hundreds of dollars. The girl smiled and spoke to me with respected and greeted me very kindly.
