Landon came out and fixed a issue with my furnace gave me good advice and signed me up to their membership which makes the most sense. keep the house clean their truck was clean everything was great

update. i just had Elyse and her team in all day to install a new furnace and heat pump. they left the house cleaner then when they arrived. they worked hard and accomplished alot in 1 day. have me a run through of my new system talked at a level I'd understand. over all a great experience glad to have them come back anytime.

Ross and his co-worker Shane from AirVantage installed a new high-efficiency furnace and heat pump in our home in August 2024. They were on time (with a pre-arrival call each day), courteous, friendly, and efficient. The installation took two days as was expected. They cleaned up as they went and protected flooring in the work areas. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. Access holes in the ceiling (required to strap the exhaust/intake air supplies) were closed with clean-looking commercial covers. The installation required sheet metal work and thus clearing the garage to provide them with a work space was appreciated. They double swept and vacuumed the garage to ensure no metal fragments from the work were left behind. Operation of the smart thermostat was explained as was the documentation left for the equipment. AirVantage provided the receipt and documentation required to apply for a rebate within hours of the installation being completed. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend AirVantage and their team without reservation. (PS - they also liked our small dog (mutual interaction) who was not bothered by the installation which was occasionally somewhat noisy.)

Ethan did a thorough job on our furnace maintenance today. He worked us through the whole process, explained every problem he caught and was very tentative to details. He spent full 3 hours on the work. Also very friendly and punctual. Highly recommend him ! Thank you Ethan !
