I had another company tell me that I needed to buy an entirely new furnace. I decided to get quotes and brought Primo in. They came to give me an estimate but instead fixed the original issue that the other company didn't do. It was such honest and professional service and saved me a lot of money. When I do finally need a new furnace, I will 100% use Primo !
