The front desk called me multiple times to brief me about the intro class, texted me and left voice mails as well. I reached at the given timing, as provided in text, and then I'm told that the timing of the class has changed, and we cannot accommodate you right now, the front desk didn't have the updated timing. Drove 15min to hear this! What a horrible experience to give to a potential customer. Such a bummer, no proper apologies, nothing. Figure out the working structure first people! Getting new customers is really hard in such a competitive market.
Edit: Thanks for the response Sheryl. You should talk to your front desk to understand my choice, I actually did confirm for Sunday :)
This is boutique fitness, but it definitely has a good program going on. I do wish the dance class was more dance-y than fitness-y, as some programs are, but it does have real dance elements to it. If you are look for a full body workout and seeing results, I don't doubt you will find it here. Instructors are encouraging and kind( like my first class was rough on me and I felt like I didn't do well, but my instructor encouraged me & told me I was well, that the movements are challenging). I bought a a membership and will continue! Also think of it this way, if you have a hard time making your own well-rounded workout or making time for yourself to do a workout, then this really great. You just show up and they have taken out the guess work of getting a good workout and you will feel really great( albeit sore) at just getting there and doing your workout. Another thing I like is that it's low lighting and people can't see you in the studio, so no spectators. Anyways, I give it a 5 stars and feel definitely sore! I look forward to be becoming fit!
