After listening to an office manager scream at you on the phone because they screwed up your prescriptions twice. Wow just wow.
Not even a lack of customer service, but a complete lack of understanding about eyes and their care.
All these people worry about is getting paid for their services and if your insurance pays they make snide remarks to you that you really aren't the person paying.
Unless you have green in your hand - you are beneath them. Even their eyeglass center does not take the insurance for the eyeglasses you need.
Oh and they try to charge $15.00 to have their Dr fill out a DMV form. Something I have been told by my insurance company they are not allowed to do. I have never had a Dr do this ever. They are always happy to do what they can to help with your care. Not this place.
Call with an emergency. Takes at least a week to get you in.
Leave a message on their after hours line. You will NEVER get a call back
And they are 100% unclear on the services that they should be providing through my insurance.
But my favorite part has to be the screaming banshee of an office manager who not only has no clue about eye care But thinks that screaming at patients and talking about them behind their backs is appropriate behavior.
Her actions alone should be enough to shut this place down.
