I had a spill on my bike after coming over the Berkeley bridge and didn't have the tool to put my tire back in place. I was told prior to this day that if I ever had issues with my bike to just take it right to that spot. Lucky for me it was just 2 minutes from my spill. When I went over, they coolest people were there. The guy there didn't even need my story, he walked over, said hi, looked at the bike, turned away to get the tool needed and fixed it with a snap. I attempted to pay him when he told me no but if I'd like I could go online to make a donation. They saved me that day from bothering anyone else and was truly kind and also informational as I now take that tool when ever I go riding. Thank you always

I ran through Albany State Marine Reserve the other day and enjoyed the nice views it provided. There is a small beach as well as a trail that leads to the funky little peninsula further into the bay. You can see the Bay Bridge and SF downtown on a clear day. Seems like popular spot for the locals to enjoy the nature.

Nice place to go even just for a walk. Awesome if need a place where to run. The cold breeze of the wind from the bay creates a surreal feeling. While running its easy to be captivated by the view from the coast
