I really enjoy high tech and for the appliance world you will find all the modern day stuff that you could dream of. The largest selection of any item that you would want, wine coolers that hold 10 to 50+, they have it. Combo washer and Dryer in one machine, yep it is here. Mind boggly numbers of ovens and stoves most in a setting like you will use them. On my visit they were doing major layout construction but you hardly notice. The salesman were very helpful but not push. Just remember high tech and high quality means a bit higher price but usually worth it.

Over the last 3 years I have replaced all the appliances in my house and I regret not buying all of them from Amy at Albert Lee in Silverdale. The appliances I have purchased from the big box stores has been fine but there is not any service or follow up after the point of sale. I purchased a cooktop from Amy over two years ago and she has been over the top helpful with some warranty and repair issues. She replies to my emails, calls her factory reps when needed and overall is genuinely interested in the satisfaction of my purchase. I purchased this product during the appliance desert time period of COVID and she was overly communicative about the time frame of product availibility, made sure to give me regular updates and frequently checked with the supplier to give me accurate information. Thank you Amy!

I bought a full Frigidaire Gallery set for my kitchen and my center burner won't light. The tech comes and says it's normal to fan the burner and wait for it to fully light! Hardly seems safe but that was the technician's suggestion. A second technician blew off their appointment and now it will be 2 weeks before someone else comes to look at it. Stay away from Frigidaire Gallery!! Bad appliances and technicians.
