I would leave zero stars if I could. Purchased an appliance package from Albert Lee in Tacoma. I live over an hour away from the store and was told they won't deliver to our area so I'd have to pickup my appliances at their warehouse in Fife. It was a hassle but we still moved forward with the purchase even though we could buy the same appliances online for the same price or cheaper with free shipping. We figured that buying from a brick and mortar store would be a safer bet and we'd receive better customer service if there were any issues. The dishwashers we paid for weren't at the Fife warehouse at the time of purchase but I was told by my salesman that they'd arrive on the following Monday and would be ready for pickup after that. On Tuesday, after making the over hour drive to the warehouse, I was informed my dishwashers weren't there and they had bumped it back to Wednesday without letting me know. Frustrating, but I let it go and figured I'd come back the following week. One week later, I again make the over hour drive to the warehouse and this time I'm told that Albert Lee had sent out one of my dishwashers that I had paid for to another customer that morning that had ordered the same model. Speaking to the salesman and Tacoma store manager after this, they were unwilling to make any exceptions to their very tight delivery restrictions even after their multiple mistakes. The most they could offer was to order more of the dishwashers and this time they could put my name on them in the warehouse so they hopefully wouldn't get resold to someone else. Or I could meet their delivery truck in a parking lot at the edge of their delivery radius and we could transfer them over to my truck. I told the manager that it was embarrassing for a business like this that sells somewhat higher end appliances to even propose this as a solution and I cancelled my order I understand mistakes happen in business but it's all about how those mistakes are handled and this response from Albert Lee was laughable. I would encourage everyone to just order online and skip the headache of trying to work with Albert Lee.
