I Called them on Tuesday . As I spoke to one of the front office medical assistant. I was assured that my insurance Would be confirmed within the same day. She told me she would call me by the end of the day just to let me know what was going on. She required for me to send some information through email which I did immediately. I was told that they would get back to me before the end off day.. I did not receive any call nor email from that person, until I called on Friday at wish time it was really late. He explained that the system was down and that she couldn't check my insurance . She suggested that I could call the insurance on a of 3 way call for her to make sure that my insurance covered my visitsation. This could have been done the previous days if I had received any call or email. I do understand that it's It's a very hard time because of covid, but I think patients want consideration as any other person does . To be kept in the loop of what needs to be done for the insurance or to helpe them expedite Information of Insurance. This was not done . No call or email was ever given.

I had my therapy here after my car accident and it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. They’re making sure I get back on my feet as soon as possible. I just want to say thank you again!
