I worked with Tracy for several months after finding out that I have a chondral defect in some of my patellar cartilage. While my doctors told me there was nothing that could be done to manage the condition except for occasional cortisone injections, Tracy took a different approach. With her, I was able to focus on strategically relaxing and strengthening surrounding muscles to build the right muscular balance to support my knee joints. The exercises were very effective and took me from limping to nearly full functionality in a number of weeks. I have been able to maintain that strength by keeping up with the exercise regimen. I highly recommend working with Tracy - she is truly an expert and every minute you spend with her will benefit you!

Tracy is a very highly skilled and knowledgeable fitness professional. We do Pliates, Gyrtronic Yoga and so much more. I see her every week and it's worth every penny. I am seeing great results in so many ways - the workouts are tough and we also do mobility work depending on what I need. She has developed complementary workouts to my other fitness routines and I can't say enough good things about Aline. She is always learning new techniques and stays on the cutting edge for her clients. And the workouts are fun too - never the same!

I started going to Aline Studios to improve my strength
and flexibility for golf. After six months of training with Tracy
I was stronger than I had been in years. She is incredibly
knowledgable and tailors the always changing workout for my issues.
Unfortunately she is a stickler for correct form and technique,
but most of the time she is nice and lets me skip the final set of Abs ..
