Liza is the #1 realtor! She deserves more than 5.000 stars! She was the BEST finding my dream home in Aliso Viejo which we thought would be impossible due to all the criterias we asked her. Guess what? She made it happen magically. Her joy, negotiation skill, openness, and fun spirit made the entire process smooth and easy. She is not pushy at all. Liza Ferer is such a talented and dedicated realtor! We would have given her MORE than 5 stars if it was possible. We were so lucky to have her as first time home buyers. She helped us find our beautiful dream home in Laguna Niguel (especially during this difficult time for first time home buyers). She was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout all aspects of the home buying process. Despite only having a 14 day close, Liza was extremely diligent and precise during every step of the way. We definitely could have not done it without her!
