All California Cremation

Communication has been lacking! Waited 2 days to get a call back regarding a simple question. Took 30 days to get my mothers remains back and still no death certificate. During the height of Covid it only took 3 weeks and death certificates were included to get my mother in laws remains with another company.

I was recommended to this company by a friend. The prices seem reasonable, now I know why. The staff is very nice and friendly however, the mistakes they made to my father‘s death certificate is unforgivable. They completely put the wrong middle name on my father’s death certificate. This has made my life increasingly difficult trying to deal with all the legal matters needed after passing. I have to keep calling to check the status of the death certificate. Originally I was told it would take about 10 days, but ended up being over a month. My father passed in January 2023. Here it is four months later and I’m still waiting for the correct death certificate. Apparently I’m not only one that they messed up on the death certificate. There apparently were others. This just shows a total carelessness and lack of sensitivity that I would rather not experience ever again. When my brother went to pick up the ashes, because it was rather expensive to ship, he said the office was not somewhere he would like to visit again. It was dark and very uncomfortable to be in. (Now I see why they want to mail you the ashes.) Woukd I recommend them? Absolutely not. The fact that they have sent me 3 separate emails requesting a review astounds me!

I was extremely please with All California Cremation. They were attentive to my needs and were flexible with my schedule when coordinating pick up of my loved one who passed away in California and I was located in Washington State. ACC provided excellent communication and updates as needed in a timely manner. I also appreciated getting a live person at all times rather than a robot to assist with questions.
