Ken Smith who owns All County Septic is very competent, highly responsive and eager to please. My septic pump alarm sounded. I called Ken and he was here within the hour. He had all of the needed parts and materials with him and had it fixed within a few hours. Ken does a good job in conditions that I would not consider getting into for any amount of money and he is there when you need him. When he departed the grounds looked like he had never been here. I am a delighted customer and will not consider calling anyone else for my septic system needs. Many thanks to Ken.

Our septic system backed up on New Years Eve. Ken and crew were at our house within 2 hours of our call.
The service was amazing.

These days, people always ask customers to fill out reviews and I don't really care to do it. However, I am writing this review because All County Septic Tank Pumping did such and excellent job and therefore deserve this 5 stars review and they did not ask me to write a review either. I had an emergency on my septic system because it needed to be pumped and called 2 other companies prior to calling All County Septic Tank Pumping. Some issues came across with the other 2 companies when I tried to schedule an appointment. But when I called All County Septic Tank Pumping, Ken was able to squeeze me in the same day. Cost and fee were texted over to me to make sure there will not be any surprises, prior to coming out to the work site. All staffs were very professional from beginning to the end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I will use this company again and again in the future. Highly recommended without hesitation!
