When our ductless system compressor started making very loud noises I called All Weather who came out and diagnosed the problem as a fan motor that needed replacing. Rick, the technician, clearly explained the problem and the cost of the necessary repair. Two weeks later he came and replaced the fan motor and now we can barely hear when the compressor is running. He took the time to explain the entire system to me as well. The office staff explained their yearly service contract which I signed up for to hopefully avoid future problems. Everyone at All Weather is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Trevor has provided service on my HVAC system twice and both experiences were first rate! He’s thorough, well-prepares, on-time, courteous and willing to explain the situation clearly in as much detail as you prefer. Their pricing on service contracts and repairs is competitive. Savannah in the office was extremely helpful and efficient each time I’ve called for assistance. My heat went out on a Saturday morning and Trevor was at my house within 90 minutes of my call. I received a discount on the repair since I have a maintenance contract with them. So I can say they are very conscientious about fulfilling their contract obligation. I will continue to use All Weather Heating and Air Conditioning and I will recommend them to friends.

Very pleased with initial contact with All Weather Heating. Laura in the service department listened to my needs and scheduled me for an appointment within the coming week. Jake arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be performed in order to pin point the problem with my furnace and why it was not turning on. In less than one hour my furnace was operating and Jake assured me that my system was in overall good condition, due to his diligence in inspecting the entire unit and not just changing the fuse. Would definitely recommend All Weather Heating. Very pleasant service call by Jake as well.
