Receptionist (owner) needs to adjust her attitude........
The rude receptionist responded to my review, and was untruthful...I got along great with her son as he showed me the product in the yard, he was very helpful and had a sense of humor.. which the receptionist does not................in the past I have dealt with her husband and always had good service and friendly conversations.......Her assistant at the desk was friendlier than her...................................I will take my business elsewhere
Received very poor service from the receptionist, took my business elsewhere.
UPDATE: I was able to talk to Crystal recently about my last visit and have nothing but good things to say! She was professional, apologetic, and very friendly. Turns out we were both having one of those days, which happens to us all. I'd be happy to try their business again in the future.
