Allen Motors is a stellar company to work with! We purchased our 2023 Escalade from Jim and Garrett and had an absolutely awesome experience. Once we found this car online, we knew this was the car for us, now it was just a matter of making it happen. There were many miles between our home and Allen Motors, but thanks to Jim and Garrett being so responsive and so on their game our new car was delivered to us via an enclosed transport and in flawless condition! Any questions I had, any concerns I had, any follow up I had during the purchasing process, they both responded to us in an extremely timely manner and with all the right answers. Garrett even went the extra mile to help provide me with enclosed transportation for my 2018 Escalade which I was giving to my daughter and son-in-law in Charleston, South Carolina. In a couple of years when Iām looking for a new car again, Allen Motors will be the first place Iook! Our car selling experience was simple, straightforward, and professional. They gave us a great price for our 23 year old car, and we will definitely go back when our next car is ready to be sold! Highly recommended.
