I needed a hard-to-find Danby portable washing machine. Every place I checked online was out of stock and back-ordered. I ended up calling the Danby distributor to find a retail store in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The distributor referred me to Al's Appliance in San Francisco. I called the store and Al said he had one machine left, of this model. I didn't have to visit the store. I paid for it with my Visa card. Al had it delivered the next day.
The independent delivery guy unpacked the machine and hauled it up three flights of stairs to my front door. I felt so bad I gave the guy a $20 tip, which he appreciated.
I highly recommend Al's Appliance. Service was, as the old saying goes, fast and friendly.
P.S. If you are looking for a top quality portable washer I recommend this Danby washer. You get what you pay for. While this machine cost three times as much as other portables (e.g., Panda, Della, or others), this machine is far superior because of the full-size agitator and it is a completely automatic machine. You do everything in the one basin, wash and spin dry.
