I have been using their services since I relocated to Orange County in Sep., 2010. I am outstandingly satisfied with their services. Very professional and on top of their work. The good thing is that they know their own limitation and they are upfront about that. I have altered pants, sweaters, shirts, even a peacoat with them and was always satisfied with their work. Moreover, it is very notable (at least for me) that the staff are friendly and they work as a good team together.

Not sure why all the 1 Stars, seems like lies and trouble customers trying to take advantage of Korean ladies…
My wife and I have been in 6-7 times the past half year and they are great! There work is good, they are fast and there prices are good. *They only take cash, you can pay when you pickup.

Alteration offers reasonable prices and excellent technical skills. However, it's important to note that repairs typically take a minimum of 3 to 4 days, and they only accept cash payments.
