Josh is responsive and knowledgeable. My wife and I went with American Family because they have a much better reputation than some of the "discount" insurance companies that end up charging about the same but use every trick in the book to wriggle out of paying claims. American has your back.

I periodically verify that my insurance coverage addresses my current needs and is competitively priced. I was very impressed by the detailed review of my current insurance coverage compared to my actual needs. Josh Amato found several instances where the previous insurance agent had sold me a "typical" policy that covered things that I did not need coverage for such as an unattached structure which I do not have. He also found areas that I was not insured, and I decided to purchase this additional coverage. I found Josh to be both extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
