We were going to celebrate my birthday but unfortunately we had to cancel due to a death in our family, I explained the reason for canceling our event and at first he said he would refund the deposit but after a few days nothing happened and now he won’t return our calls or texts. The least he could’ve done is return our calls or suggest rescheduling for future dates but this kind of customer service is unacceptable.
