Amazon service is getting worst. Delays for my refund. I did not ask it to refund to my account. I told them ti refund it to my Amazon gift card to expedite. But useless. Might as well get your items from your local stores. Always call center that does not know how to answer your questions and most of the time you cannot hardly understand their strong accents. Now wonder they are doing a mass lay offs. SMH 🤪

Great if you keep to yourself. Managers are 50/50 on if they're good or play favorites. HR is a joke. Surveillance cameras in the parking lot? Don't work. Boyfriend's car was hit by an employee in a red car and she left a note with an apology but her ex boyfriend's number instead. Security was no help at all. No communication from anyone regarding it. Months went by and still no information. A year later? Nothing. Good luck changing departments unless you're a favorite of the managers. They'll literally write you up for nothing last minute so you can't change departments or shifts, and then do it again a month or two later all three or more times you try. They have no room for climbing the ladder. This warehouse has no idea what they're doing 99% of the time in terms of shifts they want people to cover, stand down, who's taking over pick and running totes (can be for literally 5 minutes), blaming others for their idiocy, rates required being 100% or you're written up then jk we got rid of that because we fired a lot of people and people were upset. They literally are better run with decapitated chickens in charge.
