So first off, to Claudia and Suzy you both are amazing human beings, thank you so much. My son got his contacts in time for his entire 3day tournament. The was an extremely challenging situation, which Claudia quarterback this problem to solution like a 5x super bowl champion. Here was my situation my son discovered a rip on his last pair of contacts on his left eye. His tournament was starting in 1hour. I started calling local retailers for contact's and most of them offered a few more ideas to a solution. Manly explained that it was a special order prescription for my sons astigmatism contacts. After 8 different optometrist, I was professionally and kindly greeted by Claudia at Anaheim eye care optometry. I called in at 1041am I informed Claudia about my situation and she stated “I’ll ask the doctor about this can you call back in half an hour.” I called back at 1111am, she asked if she could get another 10mins or call me back. I’m a faith based person, so I held out patiently for the call back. Claudia called me back at 1119am and told me she had a solution to my problem I told her ill be there right away, so left the Anaheim convention center. When I got there she had the exact prescription we needed. Her and Suzy went above and beyond with the doctors help (whom extremely busy with patients) they got me everything I needed. They were so diligent and hardworking it was such a relief that medical professionals like them give me hope in humanity. Because of them my son played out his tournament with safety and clarity. Anaheim eye care optometry is an amazing business with top quality medical professionals. I’m not from this area so it was extremely comforting to be assisted during my challenges as a single father.
