We sold our home last April with Anders and had an awesome experience. He was very informative, always there to answer any questions and was just great to work with. We worked with his partner Ashley Mills on the buying side who looked at homes with us for many months and was always very responsive and gave great feedback on the houses we looked at. We ended up in a bidding war for the property we bought in Gig Harbor, and she was incredible, communicated well with us through the process and made us feel calm in a pretty stressful situation. I highly recommend Anders and Ashley as real estate agents if you are looking to buy or sell in the Pierce county area. If we ever plan to sell or buy another property, we would contact them first for sure!

Anders and his assistant Erin are a great team. I met with Anders almost a year prior to the listing date in preparation for selling my home to move out of state. They guided me all along the way from the “project list” recommendations to closing. It had been 20 years since I had bought or sold a home. My how times have changed! My home sold in 5 days and for over asking. I am grateful to this team and would highly recommend them for your realtor experience.
