Andrew Vargas is a pleasure to work with but moreover a fantastic negotiator. He’s enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest and just has a great attitude. On day one, he easily meshed with our entire family. He offered great advice plus he’s very patience too; even when the emotions of buying are stressed. I really appreciate how he was always available no matter what day or time it was. He’s a great listener because he found the “PERFECT” home for a “GREAT” price. He definitely is one of the best in the business. So knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He looks out for your best interest and he's very transparent. The thing I appreciate the most is him educating me about the statistics side of everything. He helped me understand how housing is affected by economics and it definitely left me with knowledge to make better decisions. With what he taught me, it helped me lock in the best rate right before rates shot up! If you got Andrew on your side you will not be disappointed!
