I love these guys. Last year my freezer stopped and I started to panic with other businesses giving me lead times of 3 weeks or more for a repair. I called Andy’s and described the situation and his tentative response was to ask if noon that day was Ok (I think I fell off my chair). I recently had another (dryer) appliance fail and they arrived early AM the next day with the part in hand.
I personally like to support local businesses but when I find a business that provides exceptional service, quick response times, personal service and one knowledgeable enough to do the job right the first time, I consider them to be a true gem.
Andy’s Appliance with Roberto and Robert is such a gem. I would without hesitation recommend them for any and all appliance needs or repairs and would give them a 6-star service rating if possible.
