Talk about the most unprofessional and unsympathetic animal clinic I have ever been to. The fact that this is advertised as an animal and BIRD clinic is an absolute joke. If you have birds that you love NEVER bring them here because if you don't own a dog or a cat they do not prioritize your pets care. Our bird suddenly wasn't acting herself at the end of June. We brought her here (it was the only place that was available last minute for an appointment and we wanted answers asap.) we brought her in for an exam, waited 3 hours for them to see her and they prescribed meds and sent us on her way) she showed no improvement a week later and was losing weight so we brought her back the beginning of July where they said let's do this test, we will have the results back in a week (delayed to a week because of the holiday, normally would take two days according to the vet tech). Well they never came in, they told us that following week that they should have them soon. Well they didn't have them again and guess what? She died. We followed up about getting the results, told them we were concerned and nothing just "well we will let you know when the results come in." Well guess what they didn't give a single thought to our situation and our bird died. And we told them she died and they were like "oh" they then proceeded to tell my husband that he picked the slower of the tests blaming him for the delaying when in fact they did not give him choices whatsoever and they chose the slowest test option. They advertise as animal and bird. But I would tell any bird parent to steer clear of this place. I never review places but our sweet Sunny deserved so much better than these people and they should absolutely be ashamed of themselves.
