Awful. I was referred to this office by my PCP. She told me I could use my prep kit that had not expired yet. (Postponed colonoscopy because of CHF.) At no time, including making the appointment, verbally confirming the appointment the day before and arriving for the appointment did I ever hear the word “evaluation”. After fasting and doing the painful prep, I was told that I was just being evaluated. No apology for staff mistake, no sympathy for the prep that I had gone through although I apologized for my part. For the record, I don’t want anyone proceeding with any test involving my colon who calls me “Sweetie”. More than once.
