I have been getting calls twice a day every day for the past week and a half from a debt collection agency over a membership I cancelled 5 YEARS AGO. Back then, I called the gym and spoke to the manager on three separate occasions to cancel my month-to-month membership. I was very adamant about never coming back there again. I had to call my bank to stop payments and they still kept coming through so I cancelled my card altogether. Now, apparently, I owe them over $630 and I am in negotiations with the debt collection agency to get this disputed. This is a predatory business. Avoid at all costs.

Kelly was phenomenal at signing me up, making me feel comfortable coming in and getting situated as I've never had a gym membership before :)

she had a very nice walk through tour, got to see all the equipment. the place looks very clean and she was very nice!
