Extremely not helpful. I spent over $5k on a brand new macbook pro and the same store replaced my battery last year (i paid out of pocket). The test on the battery came back to 87% in performance and the "genius" blamed me for the workload on the macbook and third party apps i'm using aka google chrome or adobe photoshop. lol. I spent money to make sure i have the right amount of memory ram and the best video card. I left the store with no solution. I guess, I would need to start looking to buy windows again and get rid of all of the apple products. Once they became a monopoly they started caring less about their customer service.

JoJo was an excellent sales person. She was incredibly knowledgable, considerate and went above and beyond when I wanted to exchange my recently purchased computer for a different color. She is the best of the best

Since my first review below…since I live close by I tried to give it another shot. I think somehow it got even worse than before. Every single employee here are the worst. No sense of time. Worse than a third world country. Make an appointment and you wai for an hour to see the below average bar that the call genius. I left after 45 mins. I think elementary school students can do a better job lol
Absolutely terrible customer service. Steve who is one of the specialist is very good. He gave me more information than anyone else. The manager has no idea what’s going on
