Walkes in to find no help, where all the staff were just standing around chatting to each other and looked indifferent to those around them. Eventually I walked to an employee and asked to be helped and was responded with "wait at the watches table so someone can help you." Someone eventually came but left to help someone else and never came back. So we hung around just waiting for someone else to look up and around to see if we needed more help. But a big fat nope, just too busy making each other's day, except the customers. More people came in and Had to actively interrupt chatting employees to buy something.
Had plans to buy an apple watch and ready picked out what we wanted but was just waiting for someone to get it for us. Would have been the quickest sale of the night but that was obviously not a priority to them. We left and I want to complain.
The store and the staff are a joke and need more training and better attitude. Too burnt out from chatting with each other to actually pretend to even care about the job, perhaps?
Big brand, but ill represented by these people.
I bought a new iPad Air with PencilPro. The day I purchased it, the young staff serviced very well, but the day I picked it up, it was a bad experience. I want to return it and go to buy it in another location.
I stayed at the pickup area for a while, and the woman named Mary didn't even notice I was there. I was in front of her, but she let 2 people cut the line and ignore me, with no eye contact, to give me a chance to ask for some help.
I tried to ask 2-3 staff; I need somebody help! Everyone just told me to wait at the pickup area without eye contact, like they just wanted to get me out of their way. I wonder if you get hired to stand and sit in the sofa area.
I was distraught and walked to a staff member named Marco, who could help me immediately. Everything got done in 5 mins. They could help me; everyone could, but why didn't they do it before I wasted my time and got upset?
So, every time I pick up a new product, do I have to go with aggressive emotion?
I tried to understand, maybe they were so busy because I live in Downtown. I tried to come back again on the next day and got the same attitude.
I didn't plan to buy it, I just walked through there and tried it. The staff on that day came to talk to me with a respectful and good attitude. But the bad staff makes me want to return it, and I won't buy any products from this location again, even though I live very nearby.
Everyone, let's go to another location!!!
