This place is horrible. The staff are more interested in petting a cat at the door then they are serving any customer needs. I'd give it 0 stars if possible, was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I almost begged to purchase a $700 phone over protests, are you sure? It's the last one, do you really want it? What the actual heck!? Your job is to sell things, not pet cats at the front door! I'll never return to best buy, what an absolute mess they have allowed this place to become. There was NO SERVICE given, I was treated like an annoying child at a cats birthday celebration I wasn't invited to. Keep your cat, your phones, everything, I'll never go back to that crap hole of a business.

I walked into the store needing to buy a kindle. I had one that I thought could be fixed, so I waited in line at help desk (Geek Squad). Only to be told that I needed to make an appointment. I somehow, got someone to look at it, and he said it was toast, and I needed a new one. So, then I go to the right section, and it's locked up. So, I look for someone to help me, but they are all busy. I wait in 2 different lines to get someone's attention, then they inform me that I need to be in the right queue. I was told to go up to the front (in a very abrupt fashion) and get in th queque. A customer that was in front of me even said "you have been in several queue". She was embarassed for me. I was furious. I spent about 45 minutes at Best Buy in Bellngham, and felt humiliated, no one answered my questions/need, and I now have vowed to NEVER to go back.

I bought a modem with help of customer service agent online. I received the wrong item (range extender). I wasn't able to return it quickly because of health issues. Best Buy refused to help because it was after 15 day period. I'm never shopping with them again This policy is crazy
