1 STAR: Had a refrigerator go down and Mike from Appliance Repairs had one he thought was a good fit. He said it was better than another one he had. They delivered and we see it has:
For $250, was hoping for something better than I would find on the side of the road with a "free" sign on it. Waiting on Mike, the owner, to make it right. I offered to bring it back for a replacement of appropriate cleanliness with working seals (30 day return on function, but he isn't holding to it yet).
Ill keep this update up-to-date. Furious.
UPDATED to 2 stars. After posting here and on Yelp, Mike made it right. If he would have done this without me having to convince him, I would have given him 3 stars. .......While we did end up cleaning up the refrigerator, he came two days later and took it back and reimbursed the entire amount. I found a newer side by side which actually looks brand new for $20 more.
