Drove 2+ hours today, the closest Outlet. The sales person / manager and delivery guy was out taking care of a customer personally. We were met by a staff member who was absolutely amazing she stated Michael would return shortly. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Michael came in and was just as amazing and knowledgeable he explained all the specifics in English that every ordinary person could understand. I will be sending business to this outlet they're no pressure sales people. I will not shop anywhere else for any of my spa needs. Updates to come.
Edit to my original review. I have no problem with Michael. I've had nothing but problems for the 2 1/2 months we've had the hot tub. Please do your research before buying. After spending over $10k I wish I made a better decision and went a different direction. I've never left a bad review for company, but I cannot in good conscience let someone else make the same bad decision. Especially when it's so much money. After being medically retired from law enforcement and hoping for some relief to my pain, this has been a nightmare.
Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions when purchasing our hot tub. Can't wait for it to be delivered and get to using it.
