We bought jacuzzi hot tub from the Shoreline store for our cabin in Cle Elum. They delivered the hot tub and placed it on a difficult to get to spot. That was six years ago and we have enjoyed it immensely with little to no maintenance. We decided to buy another larger jacuzzi hot tub for our Seattle home but inventory was a real problem during the pandemic. Andre, the regional manager had the model we wanted on the floor but it was already sold to another customer. However the customer wanted another color. Andre was able to satisfy both of us and give us the hot tub and color we wanted. He kept us in formed throughout the process and provided timely information to our electrician when hooking it up. I highly recommend the Shoreline store and Andre Lavigueure.

Awesome staff! Ezra snd Erica’s we’re great getting my hot tub set up and especially awesome in letting me know I’d left my purse there and holding it until I could get back and pick it up. They always are helpful!!
