I contacted this Aqua Quip location for help in fixing a gas fireplace that stopped working, and after being told that someone would contact me to set up an appointment I never heard anything back. Repeated requests went unanswered. I ended up going to a much better company to get the fireplace fixed.

These guys are amazing. I asked a question on their website on a Saturday night and I got a text on early Sunday morning with an answer. Amazing service, super helpful, they went out of their way to get me the item I needed, helped me with instructions. I would not just buy from them again but I hope you will all use them as well. It is rare these days to find shops with a knowledgable team. Justin, who helped me, not only knows the products they carry but also had helpful tips and tricks for the install.
