I will never go here anymore. I have not had a problem with my service animal before but my girlfriend was given a chewing out today by a new shift manager because my service animal is small and I don't put her on the floor but keep her in a bag so people don't step on her ot she gets hurt. We have always stopped in to get something to eat and have always been treated with respect until today. The manager was rude and condescending to my girlfriend. I have left better restaurants than this one. I was insulted and I will never be coming back to this store. I suggest if you have a service animal and it is small save yourself the same treatment and avoid this Arby's like the plague.
