You will find luxury spas paired with incredible customer service at Arctic Spas. My spouse and I purchased a new spa that was delivered today. Wow, what a great experience we had; everything from the fantastic sales experience with Jennifer C. to the amazing venture we had with the two delivery professionals who spent a couple of hours with us installing the unit, training us on how to use it, and just being all around amazing people to spend the morning with. This is our third hot tub purchase through Arctic Spas and we wouldn’t do it any other way. We priced out all the hot tub companies around as this was a business expense for a vacation rental and though they were slightly higher than we would have paid through a club membership the value is 100% there on service, delivery and follow up. Jennifer in Vancouver is especially fantastic as she is patient and will do what it takes to make sure you have a good experience. Looking forward to many good reviews from our guests using the new spa.
