I found Arise Yoga when looking for restorative yoga classes in Issaquah. This is a quaint studio in the heart of downtown. Mina is a welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive instructor. Classes leave you feeling relaxed and grounded. Would definitely recommend!

Mina’s classes are made in a logic, progressive and complete way. We work on breathe, gentle and challenging postures, combined with meditation. These classes bring me relief of the daily tensions, and make me blooming in the postures I already practice. I like the fact that each session is different and individualized in this cosy place and small kind group. Thank you very much Mina!

Arise Yoga is an amazing studio for students of all levels.I learn so much from Mina as a beginner.. The intentionality in which she sets up her space and cares for each person individually is remarkable. It is a great local business to support in Issaquah!
