Great people to work with! If they don't have what you need, they'll get it in, in a timely manner. Their prices are comparable to other stores and yet they're local. I called around trying to get an appliance I needed in only a few days and they were very accommodating.
Other stores in La Grande wanted me to drive in to the store just to place an order, or couldn't get stock for up to weeks. I'd highly recommend you call or stop by Arrow before going to Wal-Mart or other stores! I know I'll be returning in the future for any of my appliance business needs.
Update: purchased another appliance through them and they are still, just as awesome, as before. Doug is super helpful!!! Buy and support local!
