Jim at Arrow Fabricare Services is an ANGEL! He saved the day when I accidentally got makeup on my wedding dress at my alteration appointment. He was fast, professional, very kind, and got all the stains completely out! I highly recommend taking your items to Jim and will always be using him in the future.

Arrow did a great job cleaning my leather and suede bags. I was worried the suede would not come out as well but it looks great. Turn around time was quicker than estimated. This was my first experience with Arrow and I definitely will utilize them for additional leather cleanings! Thank you!
