After giving detailed specs of our project they assured us that they could print our material. They had us sign a contract and pay a deposit after which we were sent dummies and proofs. However, before production they suddenly said they could not do the project. They refused to refund our deposit, placing fault on our project's content despite the content being clearly outlined in the initial specs. A reputable company would have never misrepresented their printing network’s abilities and wasted our time.
