The staff is very pleasant and professional, as was the clinician. However my results were very disappointing, I understand when you first go it that it is best practice to under inject so that you can determine how a patient will react to a product and I did respond nicely to the first injections but still had significant movement in my forehead and glabella. That being said, after my follow up touch up appointment I was very unhappy with my results. I was injected at my follow up and saw absolutely no change after that appointment. I am not sure if the product was old but I feel that I paid a significant amount at both appointments to still have movement and deep lines in my glabella. On top of that I am not even 4 months out from my original appointment and the product is already wearing off. I know this can happen sometimes depending on how a patients body metabolizes the product, but with a lack of any results after the second set of injections I can’t help but believe the product was old or diluted in some way. I was very happy with the staff, but not with my results.

My first time there. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Farley and her staff were very welcoming and friendly. My injections were administered by Dr.Farley. She was professional, kind, and informative. I look forward to going again. Highly recommended!

Seriously cannot say enough good things about the ladies at artistry ! Doctor F. And her front counter staff always make me feel welcome and amazing after I leave. Never going anywhere else for my cosmetic needs . I love how clean their office is and professional! Both doctor and her lovely Assistant really know their stuff and have always answered whatever questions as silly or as valid as they maybe with no judgement. That’s huge for me . ✅✅✅
