!!!PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE APPLYING!!!! I wouldn't reccomend this property management to anyone looking for a place. First they entice you and you get excited because you meet all the requirement given my husband is a welder and has been at his job for over 2 years. Second they don't return calls so don't even bother leaving a message. They charge $35 app fee for each adult over 18 not so bad. But the thing about this property management is that it's a huge waste of time for someone who seriously wants to have their own space. They don't look at your GROSS INCOME they look at your NET PAY so if you don't make THREE TIMES THE RENT AFTER TAXES then your automatically unqualified. That means you have to be making AT LEAST $25 or more at your current Job which is unrealistic. My husband makes $22 an hour currently and it's apparently not enough. Also they looked at his hours and it wasn't enough hours for them. Because of the Thanksgiving week he worked about 40+ hours and they told us it WASNT GOOD ENOUGH!!! My husband works mostly 12 hour shifts sometimes even more. But his Job has been kinda slow recently with all the holidays and what not. Not an excuse but youve got to be kidding me. At this point your joking right. I have NEVER EVER HEARD of a property management doing this. We went OUT OF OUR WAY WASTED OUR GAS FOR THIS GAME!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS POORLY RUN MANAGEMENT!!! Save a headache and apply elsewhere. Also the lady that did answer my calls was very rude and unprofessional. Not only to me but to my husband.

I was a tenant of At Home for over 2 years. My experience with the company and staff was great. I paid my rent on time and in return i got great service from Maribel and Patti. They treated me with respect and attended to any of my concerns very promptly. If i was to rent again they would be the first company i would choose. Thank You At Home Property and staff for a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went by the office and paid the money so that I could fill out the application for an apartment that they advertised was available, online through their portal... the girls gave a less than friendly reception, and when they say that they're going to call you back by a certain time and date they do not... it's my feeling that they're accepting the $35 application fees and not even processing the applications... Whether it be because they had already decided and rented the property to someone else prior to my inquiry, or because they don't even have property for rent- I am uncertain... I can just tell you that I paid them the application fee, and short of my employer getting a fax to verify my employment, NONE OF MY REFERENCES were contacted... Not via email and not via telephone not via fax... just based on the less than friendly reception that I received going in to pay the application fee, the lack of follow-through on their part, and then to find out that none of my references were contacted... I would not recommend anyone go through At Home Property Mgmt. for a rental... I have three really good references when it comes to former landlords... One of them I've rented from over 10 years total!!! ...but their loss... Because had they contacted my former landlords they would have learned that I treat the properties as though I own them... I've always left them in better condition than how I took them over... I'm the tenant that's out picking up garbage off of the front lawn and out of the gutters, etc... So, like I said, their loss...
